Academic shoot

1. Avoid mergers
2. The subject of my photo is the two boys in the back writing and the boy scratching his head. the merger is the blonde boy in the bottom of the photo.
3.I think it is fairly clear that the 3 boys are the main subject with the blond boy as the merger.
4. If people couldn't easily tell I could have gotten closer to the boys and maybe have made my subject smaller and done 2 boys instead of 3. (and a half)

1. Rule of thirds
2.The subject of my photo is the girl reading her book
3. It is pretty clear whom my subject is since she is what the photo mainly focuses on.
4. If it isn't clear, I should have gotten closer to her and crop out the boy on the far left.
1. Simplicity
2. The subject of my photo is the piece of art.
3. I think it is pretty clear since the main thing in focus is the drawing.
4. If it isn't clear I should have used a high aperture setting to blur out everything except for my main subject.
1.balance
2. The subject of my photo is the two boys sitting at their desk.
3. I think it is pretty clear that this is balance since they are the main points of the photo and they sit parallel and balance out the photo.
4. If it isn't clear something I should have done was make sure I got all of the boy near the orange paper since some of his head is cut off.
1.Lines
2. The subject of my photo is the line of artist's arms and the row of their artwork.
3. I believe the subject is clear since it is a line of artwork and all of their arms make a line. Not only that but the table's edge acts as a line directing the photo.
4. If it was hard to see the subject, I could have cut out all the people on the right so  you only see the tables edge and over.

1.Framing
2. The subject of my photo is the plant and the  girl reading her book.
3. I think it's pretty easy to see the subject since she is framed by the plant and almost directs all the attention to her.
4. If it was hard to see the subject, I would have gotten a little closer to the plant to make it an even more strong example of framing.

  1. I love the diversity you had in your photos and I can tell you put a lot of effort into it!
