Bowie Dispatch stories

Story one: student climate survey
The climate surveys have shown that students do not tend to enjoy the work done at school.  In this, faculty at Bowie is trying to create more intriguing classes that have college connections. It has been a while since new courses have been added to Bowie and like the principle, agree that more "hands on" classes could help interest students in the work being done at  school.

Story two: What it means to be in theater
Extracurriculars are a key part in the high school experience. In theater, the students work hard for months to get their show to be stellar for the day of the performance. The hard work helps students grow and improve within the theater world.
